Key Responsibilities:  Report accurate budgetsTrain, Mentor and provide professional development for entire teamLead and provide professional development for all skilled trades and managersDemonstrate strategic knowledge Integrated Facilities Maintenance, Grounds and CustodialBe well organized with a strategic mind set, and demonstrate client relationship building skillsActs as the key driver for work redesign, process improvement, and re-engineering initiatives, including interdepartmental improvements. Qualifications:  Education:  Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Required:  5+ years of previous experience in a director role in Fully Integrated Facilities Management in a large, complex environment.Hands on mechanical expertise and commercial snow management and snowplow experience. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
