Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of production and operational staff. Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and manufacturing safety regulations. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and leave management. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, especially those related to safety, compliance, and operational skills. Manage workers' compensation claims and support workplace safety initiatives. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA). Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles. Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and HR's role in maintaining a safe environment.
