Key Responsibilities Ensure high availability and performance of IT and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of ERP, MES, SCADA, and other factory automation systems. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect intellectual property, production data, and OT environments. Manage IT infrastructure planning and support, including network architecture, servers, and data storage for manufacturing facilities. Drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services critical to production. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal IT policies across all manufacturing sites. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of IT management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems. Proven expertise in ERP system implementation, optimization, and management within a production environment. Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for IT/OT convergence and critical infrastructure protection. Experience leading IT infrastructure projects, network architecture, and data management initiatives. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES) and IT/OT convergence. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of industrial IoT (IIoT) applications and data analytics for production optimization. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS).
