Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure to ensure manufacturing uptime. Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols for both IT and OT environments. Lead the implementation, integration, and support of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA). Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for production systems and end-users. Oversee IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements. Ensure data integrity, availability, and security for production reporting and operational analytics. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems. Recommended Qualifications Experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM) and operational technology (OT). Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial control systems (ICS), and cybersecurity best practices for manufacturing environments. Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing business objectives and drive operational efficiency. Experience leading IT projects, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relationships within a manufacturing context. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage IT teams and collaborate effectively with production stakeholders. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence. Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Manufacturing). Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, or Smart Factory initiatives. Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA/PLC environments.
