With 30+ Physicians, PAs, NPs, and Dietitians, the group provides a convenient, one-stop experience for patients with on-site: Primary Care & Urgent Care Radiology, Physical Therapy, Labs, Dietitian Services GI, Rheumatology, Neurology, Nephrology, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonology, Podiatry, General Surgery, and more The practice is built on teamwork, innovation, and respect for both patients and clinicians. With integrated telemedicine (20 - 30% of encounters conducted virtually), robust support staff, and minimized administrative burdens, providers can focus on what matters most: patient care. Position Overview Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This position offers: A balanced, full-scope primary care practice Opportunities to contribute across Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Women's Health (no OB/GYN) Long-term partnership potential in a respected, community-based group Ideal for a physician with a strong clinical foundation, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to patient-centered care. Schedule & Workload 40 clinical hours per week Flexible weekday schedules: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts Saturday rotation: ~1 in 6 Home call: ~1 in 9 Outpatient only, no inpatient or hospital rounding Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation using dictation (M-Modal) and/or scribe support Utilize telehealth to manage patient needs between visits Lead with integrity, initiative, and commitment to a patient-first philosophy Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA Excellent bedside and webside manner Strong technical proficiency and EMR familiarity Background, reference, and malpractice clearance required J-1 waiver eligible Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary with productivity bonuses Opportunity for partnership after 2 years Health, vision, dental, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan PTO, CME allowance, and licensure/certification reimbursement Fully covered malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive, tech-savvy environment designed to reduce administrative load
