What You’ll Do • Run OTR dry van freight • Average 1,800 weekly miles • Mix of live load, live unload, and drop & hook freight • Breakdown, detention, and stop pay included Earnings & Benefits • $1,200 average weekly pay • Stop pay $15 per stop • Weekly direct deposit • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 30 days • 401(k) and paid time off after one year • Rider (age 12+) and pet policy after solo upgrade Schedule & Home Time • Out three weeks with scheduled home reset • Both day and night shifts available Driver Requirements • CDL A license, minimum age 21 • 6 months verifiable OTR experience • Recent CDL  graduates welcome • Clean MVR and PSP • No DUI or DWI in past 5 years • Must pass DOT physical and drug test Why Drivers Join • Steady miles and consistent home time • Modern trucks and fair pay • Opportunity for new and experienced CDL A drivers Equal Opportunity Employer
