We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on technician to keep our systems efficient, downtime low, and customers happy across all five Chicago sites.What You’ll Be Doing:Perform routine preventive maintenance on car wash systems and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.Maintain chain, dolly, and belt systems for peak performance.Respond quickly to downtime issues and restore operations efficiently.Partner with site managers to ensure smooth daily performance. What Makes You Shine:Experience in car wash maintenance, mechanical, or electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable across multiple locations.Flexible to travel within the Chicago District.Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude. Perks & Pay:$20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience.Monthly performance bonus for minimizing downtime.Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.Tool allowance.Medical benefits available.Two weeks paid vacation after one year.Growth and advancement opportunities.Why Sparkle Express?Because we care — about our people, our customers, and the pride in doing things right.
