Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireAbout the Opportunity:A leading manufacturing and production company is hiring motivated Tack Welders / Assemblers to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term career potential and a robust benefits package once hired permanently. If you’re looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to build a career in the automotive and industrial assembly industry, this could be the perfect fit.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of assembly line and manufacturing support tasks.Assist with:Spot welding using manual welding guns.Applying adhesives, sealants, and industrial coatings.Installing automotive closures such as doors, hoods, and fenders.Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and effectively.Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet production quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Requirements:Previous experience in assembly, general labor, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and following safety protocols.Dependable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend work.What’s in It for You:Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.Competitive hourly pay with overtime available.Consistent schedule and steady weekly hours.Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, and automotive production.Full benefits package upon hire, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans.
