Responsibilities:Learning and Development: Participate in a structured coaching program to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, industry dynamics, and company culture.Customer Engagement: Serve as a frontline representative, interacting with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.Operational Excellence: Acquire hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the business, becoming proficient in areas such as inventory management, financial analysis, process optimization, running and organizing leagues and events.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve collective goals, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.Business Expansion: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities for new partnerships, cultivating relationships within the community, and implementing strategic initiatives.Safety and Well being: Ensure the safety of all participants during activities, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Be attentive to individual needs, recognizing and accommodating diverse abilities and skill levels.Planning and Organization: Develop schedules in advance, tailoring activities to the specific age group.
