We're seeking talented individuals like you to join our team as Aircraft Structure Mechanics in multiple locationsLocations:Florida.Idaho.Alabama.Texas.Mississippi.Arizona.Washington.North Carolina.Arkansas.Kansas.What we offer:Paid Travel and lodging assistance available.Weekly per diem.Long- and short-term contracts.PTO & paid holidays.Health benefits.The Aircraft Structures/Sheet Metal Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft components and airframe structural supports.Essential Functions:Read, interpret, plan & work from Structural Repair Manuals, engineering drawings, and Service Bulletins.Complete skin repairs requiring doublers or triplers containing complex contours.Complete complex repairs and replacements that require substantial disassembly, such as wing spar, keel beam, or other support structures.Remove/install aircraft components as required.Perform minor structural repairs on composite components.Assist in conducting hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures.Assist with complex structural repairs either on or off aircraft.Assist with aircraft component repair.Requirements:2+ years of experience working aircraft structures.Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.A&P Certified is preferred, but not required.
