About the Role:As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the local face of American Mattress—helping customers find the right sleep solutions while enjoying the benefits of working independently in a supportive, family-like environment. No high-pressure sales tactics—just great service, great products, and great earning potential. Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and guide them through the mattress selection process.Provide one-on-one assistance to understand their needs and recommend the right product.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.Open and close the store, handle basic inventory, and manage transactions.Stay informed on current promotions and product knowledge.Take initiative to create a positive, customer-first shopping experience.
