We foster a caring and team-oriented environment where your success is a priority.What You’ll Do:As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist the Crew Lead in delivering top-notch restoration services to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers by helping restore their properties and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include:Assist with content manipulation, water extraction, demolition, and cleaningRemove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directedSet up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipmentFollow safety protocols and proper material handling proceduresMaintain cleanliness and functionality of jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouseSupport team members and provide clear communication with colleagues Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectationsAdapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments What We’re Looking For:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments.Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.Willingness to respond and work after hours.A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills.A desire to grow and advance within the company.
