Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in our hospice office. This role is strictly in-office and supports clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-competent, and comfortable handling a high volume of coordination tasks.Key Responsibilities:Process and coordinate hospice medication and medical supply orders.Answer and triage incoming phone calls from patients, families, pharmacies, and vendors.Document and manage patient information using HospiceMD.Communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure timely follow-up.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Perform general office and clinical support duties as needed.Required Qualifications:Active LVN license (state-appropriate and in good standing).Experience using HospiceMD (required).Hospice experience strongly preferred.Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette.Work Environment:In-office position.Standard weekday schedule, no weekends.
