We pride ourselves on a collaborative, energetic work environment where expertise is valued and career growth is encouraged.Position Overview:As a Customs Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and compliant Customs entry processing while navigating ever-changing trade regulations. You’ll classify goods, manage documentation, coordinate with regulatory partners, and ensure smooth and timely clearance for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being a true expert in the field.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and submit accurate Customs entries.Classify products under the HTSUS and ensure full compliance with CBP regulations.Process ISFs, Post Summary Corrections, and Protests.Review import documents for accuracy (invoices, BOLs, PGA documentation, COO, etc.).Communicate with CBP, importers, carriers, and forwarders to resolve issues.Stay updated on tariff changes, regulations, and trade compliance requirements.Qualifications:2+ years of Customs entry/brokerage experience.Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTSUS classification, and entry procedures.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Career-focused with a strong drive for accuracy and compliance.Benefits:Competitive salary.Medical, dental & vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Generous PTO.Quarterly bonus pool.$10,000 bonus for earning your Customs Broker License (CHB).Apply today and join a team that values expertise, excellence, and growth.
