About the Job:Join our dynamic and growing NYC-based furniture company as a Sales Associate or Store Manager We seek motivated, personable, and dynamic individuals with a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. If you have furniture or retail experience and are excited to contribute to a thriving business, this opportunity is for you.About the Role:As a Salesperson or Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. Your goal will be to create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met professionally and enthusiastically.Sales Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to drive conversions and meet targets; E-commerce knowledge is a plus.Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and team members.Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns or operational issues.Marketing Support: Assist with light social media marketing to promote products and engage customers online.Qualifications:Previous retail experience is required; furniture sales experience is preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills.Highly motivated, outgoing, and a team player.Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.Organized, professional, and neatly groomed.Proficiency in Google Suite and a basic understanding of social media marketing.Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Compensation:Salary based on qualifications.Salary + Commissions + Bonuses.If you’re an assertive self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team
