With on-the-job training, strong benefits, and career advancement programs, our employees build long-term success in the printing industry.Versatile Print Production: Work in catalog printing, commercial printing, and educational materials production.Career Growth & Training: Start with paid training and develop specialized skills in the printing industry.Reliable Pay & Benefits: Competitive wages, steady hours, shift premium for working the nighttime shift, medical (PPO & HSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holidays.Workplace Well-Being: Access free or low-cost telemedicine, confidential mental health support, and company-paid life and disability insurance.Safety & Teamwork: Join a facility that prioritizes safety, employee wellbeing, and collaboration.Available Shifts:BHN Shift: Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night & E/O Saturday night 8:00pm -8:00am.FHD Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & E/O Wednesday 8:00am -8:00pm.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain paper roll inventory on presses.Order correct quantity and type of paper.Shift paper rolls and locate on press.Set up splicer for continuous feed.Participate in make - ready and hang plates.Fill ink fountains and checks conductivity.Performs initial check out.Act as second press operator where required.Enter required shop floor data into computer.May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job functions.Qualifications:Monitor/ assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective actions.Ability to perform basic math functions.Must have the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations.Must work well with others.Must be flexible and open to change when needed.Able to follow instructions and make decisions.Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders.Must have some printing experience.The ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED.Must have some printing experience.Minimum 1-year Press Room experience.Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment.Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.CJK Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
