We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of healthcare construction experience to join our team. The Construction Project Manager is a main office-based role with regular travel to project sites, overseeing multiple projects valued from $1M to $10M each. Leading high-stakes construction projects requires on-site presence, but we support a family-friendly environment with flexible policies, including half-days on Fridays during the summer months. At The Bannett Group, we embrace cutting-edge construction technology, including Procore, MS Project, and Sage Timberline, to ensure precision and efficiency. Our ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing clients, quality, safety, project staff, schedules, and budgets, with a strong focus on healthcare construction projects. A formal education in construction, architecture, or engineering is required, along with excellent customer relationship skills. We value your past experiences and will provide time to adapt to our practices. Typical Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:Take ownership of projects from inception to completion and beyond.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including healthcare administrators and stakeholders, to foster long-term partnerships.Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules using MS Project.Manage site superintendents to meet project deadlines and quality goals.Managing changes to the project, including time, cost, and scope-of-workManage periodic project billing.Managing project punch list and closeout process to high standards.Plan, attend, and conduct regular meetings with vendors and clients.Embrace company quality and safety initiatives.Collaborate with all-team members.Thrive in a change-loving, high-performance, team-oriented culture.Excel in a design-build project delivery process with a passion for construction.Qualifications: A four-year degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of healthcare construction experience (e.g., hospital renovations, medical facility builds, or expansions).Proficiency with construction management software, specifically Procore, MS Project, and Sage Timberline.A proven track record of successful construction project leadership, including references from past clients and employers.Self-motivated with independent work performance.We offer generous benefits to full-time employees, including PTO, health insurance coverage options (medical, dental, vision), 401K plan, life and disability insurance, along with a progressive and diverse workplace.
