We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with experience in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) to join our educational team.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science (B.S) in early childhood education (required)Demonstrated experience working with students receiving Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services (Required)Strong instructional, organizational, and classroom management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and implement instructional programs tailored to the developmental, academic, and behavioral needs of students with Autism.Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support student learning and engagement.Collaborate with ESE staff, related service providers, and administration to develop and implement individualized supports.Maintain a structured, nurturing, and predictable classroom environment.Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies.Use technologies in the teaching/learning process to support and enhance instruction and learning.Prepare required written formal and informal reports on student progress and development.Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team members.We Offer:Full-TimeCompetitive pay based on experienceSupportive collaborative work environmentSmall class sizeHealth benefitsPaid time offHoliday pay Start Date: December 29, 2025Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume and copies of relevant credentials for consideration.
