You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Representative.Pay: starts at $21.75 or higher depending on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Responsibilities:Operate cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures.Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up.Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills.Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations.Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.Qualifications:0-5 years experience preferred.Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing products is preferred.Prior warehousing experience is strongly preferred.Must be at least 18 years old.Valid state-issued license is required.Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.General math skills to allow for cash accounting.An ability to learn is a must haveExcellent decision-making and communication skills.We are dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families.
