Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our reputable medical clinic. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:Assist healthcare professionals in patient examinations and procedures.Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs.Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers.Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection. Request Lab results.Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.Maintain electronic health records and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.Requirements:Medical Assistant certification or relevant qualification.Must be Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing efficient and professional care.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.Special Considerations:Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a caring demeanor are highly valued.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.Application Instructions:If you are a dedicated Medical Assistant committed to providing quality patient care, we invite you to apply.
