Inside Sales Manager (Manufacturing) – Remote with Monthly TravelWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a strong manufacturing background to lead, evaluate, and elevate our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who has realigned teams, improved sales execution, and partnered closely with manufacturing operations to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.This key leadership role will focus on pricing, optimizing the sales process, driving team performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.This is a remote position with monthly travel (one week per month) to support team development, operational alignment, customers, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales and customer service team.Design and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base across the U.S. and Canada, in coordination with the Outside Sales team.Set, monitor, and report on individual and team sales targets.Oversee and optimize the sales administration process, including pricing, discounting, and CRM usage.Manage the pricing process, ensuring consistency and profitability across product lines and markets.Use customer feedback and market insights to support product development and service improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.Support lead generation efforts and sales pipeline development.Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase sales efficiency and customer engagement.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt, effective resolution.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.In-depth knowledge of sales metrics, forecasting, and pricing strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and growing company committed to innovation and customer satisfaction.Make a direct impact on company revenue and growth strategy.Flexible remote work setup with limited travel requirements.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
