About the Job:Dennis Auto Details is a fast-growing automotive detailing company known for high-end service, consistent results, and a relentless commitment to excellence. We offer mobile and in-shop detailing for cars, trucks, RVs, and luxury vehicles, including advanced services like ceramic coatings and paint correction.As we grow, we’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated professionals who take pride in their craft. We want to hear from you.Top Responsibilities:Provide fantastic customer service by addressing client questions and concerns, and represent the brand with confidence, cleanliness, and courtesy.Perform full-service detailing: exterior wash, clay bar treatment, polishing, waxing/sealing, paint correction, interior shampooing, and much more.Apply advanced services such as ceramic coatings (glass and interior), trim restoration, headlight restoration, and more.Operate mobile detailing units, safely handle detailing equipment, tools, and chemical products.Ensure all work meets Dennis Auto Details’ quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Required Qualifications:Previous experience in professional detailing preferred.Must have 2 years of driving experience.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent.Flexibility of schedule (including overtime and weekends).Physical ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended hours (lifting up to 50 lbs).Reliable transportation and punctuality.Fluent in English speaking.Schedule:8-hour shifts, with overtime.Morning and evening shifts.Friday, Saturday, Sunday.Work Location:In-person with mobile rigs.Mobile detailing with company inventory.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Performance bonuses and incentives (earn more as you develop).Paid training & advancement opportunities.Growth path to Lead Technician and Specialty Service roles.Positive and motivating working environment.Discounts on detailing services for personal vehicles.Branded uniforms, high-quality tools, and supplies provided.A disciplined, motivating, and rewarding work culture.Opportunities to work on unique vehicles, including RVs, exotics, and (soon) private jets.Freedom & flexibility (be part of a mobile team that travels and works efficiently).Apply Today:Join the Dennis Auto Details team today and take your detailing career to the next level If you’re ready to bring elite detailing services to Dennis Auto Details, a growing customer base, and join a team focused on personal and professional growth, apply todayIf you are passionate about detailing and thrive in a positive and upbeat environment, we want to hear from you.
