Our client is a fast-growing, health and wellness clinic seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to serve as the operational leader and cultural anchor of the organization. This is a highly visible, in-office role in a state-of-the-art clinic in Oklahoma City, supporting both clinical and wellness services.The Chief of Staff will oversee day-to-day clinic operations while partnering closely with ownership on strategy, performance, and growth. Approximately 50% of this role is computer-based (reporting, systems, metrics) and 50% is active, on-the-floor leadership, ensuring teams are supported, processes are followed, and the clinic operates at a high level. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a passion for health and wellness, comfort with data and metrics, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.The organization provides holistic, root-cause-focused care in areas such as hormones, thyroid, metabolism, diabetes, and overall wellness, with both clinical and aesthetic offerings including IV therapy, cold plunge, and red light services. While the clinic serves patients via telehealth in multiple states, this role is fully in-office.Schedule & Compensation:Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ DOEClosed: Weekends and all major holidaysBenefits:Medical and dental insurancePaid time off (PTO)Significant employee discounts on clinic servicesKey Responsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day operational leader and primary point of contact for staff.Drive and protect company culture, values, and patient experience.Oversee staff performance, accountability, coaching, and corrective action as needed.Partner with ownership on goals, KPIs, reporting, and operational strategy.Monitor clinic performance metrics, financial indicators, and operational efficiency.Manage scheduling systems, POS tools, and internal software platforms.Oversee supply inventory, ordering, loss control, and vendor coordination.Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities.Ensure smooth daily operations across clinical, wellness, and aesthetic services.Communicate regularly with ownership on performance, risks, and opportunities.Qualifications:Proven leadership experience, in healthcare, wellness, medical, or service-based environments.Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance.Comfort working with numbers, reports, goals, and operational metrics.Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.Basic understanding of medical or wellness operations (clinical background not required).Experience managing scheduling, POS, or practice management software.High emotional intelligence with strong communication and leadership skills.Passion for health, wellness, and holistic care models.Organized, proactive, and confident decision-maker.Why This Role:This is a unique opportunity to step into a true leadership role within a growing, mission-driven wellness organization.
