Job details:This position is for a metal sign fabricator who will be building custom signs from aluminum per drawings provided by customer. Requires aluminum welding, forming metal into architectural signs. Cut out metal needed for sign on/brake press operation. Ability to read job folder to understand fabrication requirements. Sign Experience is great, but will train the right candidate who has an aptitude to learn, and has some basic knowledge in how to weld/fabricate. (Assembly line style welding (same parts over and over) is not what this job about.) You will be building and fabricating custom signs each day based on job assignment and job drawings.   Pay is based on your experience and level of knowledge (if you don't have a sign background.) Evaluation/assessment after 90 days on job performance will determine any increase in hourly rate.
