Based out of Wallingford, CT we are seeking an individual to work part time to repack breakage and support our operations team.  G & G is a fast pace, relationship driven business that requires professionalism, sales ability, strong interpersonal skills and dedication.Responsibilities:Clean and wash off all broken glass and residue on broken bottles and damaged cans.Inspect labeling.Repack and seal into correct master cartons and holders.Check dates of breakage and bring to the attention of the supervisor any old beer.Properly label all Coors products with date stickers.Maintain a clean and safe breakage area.Assist operations department as needed.Position Compensation/Schedule: Flexible Hours.Schedule will vary dependent based on work load.Position starts at $16.35 an hour.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience.Lifting/carrying material up 50 pounds.Must have reliable transportation to the job.Valid Medical Card.An eagerness to learn.As G&G Beverage Distributors is a growing company with season volume fluctuations, flexibility is required to schedule work hours and vacation around peak work times. Individual must be able to shift priorities, work assignments and, if necessary, perform clerical work.This is an operational position, which requires installing and servicing equipment. The employee reads written material, uses a phone, hand tools, computerandmay drive trucks as needed. Lifting/carrying material under 170 pounds is required.
