Job Summary:As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during catered events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. You’ll help set up, serve, and break down events while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.Key Responsibilities:Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event.Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators.Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.Qualifications:Previous banquet or food service experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Preferred Skills:Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality.Familiarity with event timelines and service etiquette.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.EEO Statement:Employees of Labor on Demand Inc. are protected by federal laws, Presidential Executive Orders, and other laws designed to protect employees from discrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), sexual orientation, parental status, national origin, age, disability, family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or any other non-merit-based factor.
