The Busser plays a key role in creating a seamless and refined dining experience at our high-end restaurant. This position supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and polished dining room while anticipating guest and server needs with grace and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Maintain immaculate table settings between each course and guest seating.Clear and reset tables quickly and discreetly, ensuring a smooth service flow.Assist servers by refilling water, bread, and other table accompaniments.Polish glassware, silverware, and plateware to the restaurant’s standards.Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized at all times.Support servers and food runners during peak periods.Maintain awareness of guest needs and communicate effectively with the service team.Uphold all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.Execute duties with professionalism and attention to detail befitting a fine dining environment.Qualifications:Previous experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely.Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
