Our team is made up of highly skilled technicians passionate about European engineering and committed to doing the job right the first time.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated European Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in European vehicles, excellent diagnostic ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while maintaining the high standards EuroTek is known for.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair European vehicles using OEM and advanced aftermarket diagnostic tools.Perform routine maintenance services, including brakes, suspension, oil services, timing services, and general repairs.Conduct advanced electrical troubleshooting and module programming when required.Provide accurate repair recommendations and communicate findings professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow shop procedures and uphold EuroTek’s standards for quality and efficiency.Qualifications:1+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician (European specialty preferred).Strong diagnostic skills with familiarity in VCDS, ODIS, ISTA, Mercedes Xentry, or similar software.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical data.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training are a plus but not required.Must supply own basic tools (some specialty tools provided by the shop).Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive pay structure (flat rate or hourly based on experience).Modern, well-equipped shop with dealer-level diagnostic tools.Supportive team culture and opportunities for ongoing training.Paid time off, holidays, and performance bonuses.Consistent workload and a clean, professional facility.How to Apply:If you have a passion for European vehicles and want to work in a high-caliber environment, we want to hear from youApply by calling 479-235-5002, sending your resume to mike@euroteknwa.com, or visiting EuroTek Specialists in person.
