Bausch TowersWe are looking for full-time motivated workers, to join our company.Fiberglass technicians to create custom fiberglass parts using resin infusion, hand laying and vacuum-bagging techniques.Gel coat, infusion, fairing and/or paint experience is a plus.Work Schedule- Four 10-hour days per week (Monday through Thursday)Benefits:Group health.Dental plan.Vision plan.401(K).Paid holidays.Vacation/PTO days (starts accruing on start date).Requirements:Must hold high school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly.Must be able to read a tape measure.Occasionally travel for road trips.A valid and clean driver license is required.Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Drug-free workplace.
