Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated Pre Suit Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury law. This is a hands-on, in-office position with real opportunities for growth and advancement. Who You Are:A licensed Florida attorney in good standing.Minimum 2 years of direct experience litigating personal injury cases.Trial experience is preferred, but not required.Recent law school graduates and candidates without PI litigation experience will not be considered.Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.Detail-oriented, confident in court, and eager to work in a team-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial (if necessary).Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.Collaborate with internal teams to build strong case strategies.Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $100,000 $150,000+ depending on experience.Bonus Structure: Aggressive performance-based bonuses.401(k) with firm matching.100% of health insurance premiums covered by the firm.Dental, vision, and life insurance available.Paid Bar and FJA dues.Ample paid time off.Family-oriented culture.How to Apply:If you meet the required experience and are ready to take your litigation career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
