Come and work for an amazing company and make a difference in a big way in the lives of the clients and co-workers you will be working with.Job Details:We currently have an opening at a client's home in Hudson, WI.Full-time or Part-time positions available | We have shifts open during daytime, evening and overnight hours.Every other weekend required.What You’ll Do:Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.Oversee residents and take care of their needs.Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.Transport client to activities and medical appointments.Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position.What We’re Looking For:Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.Must be at least 16 years of age.Pass a background check.Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.Must have a valid US driver's license.Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.Benefits:Medical insurance is available for all full-time staff, Employer pays 60% of the employee's medical premium.Dental and Vision insurance.Employer-paid life insurance for all full-time staff, working 32 hours or more per week.Paid time off.Supplemental Insurance is available.Aflac insurance available.Wage: $16/hour ($13.25/hour on overnights)Make a difference in someone’s life — and start your caregiving journey with us today.
