We are seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Server to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, cared for, and attended to throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is attentive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food, beverages, and ingredients.Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and quality.Anticipate guest needs, check on satisfaction throughout the meal, and respond quickly to requests.Maintain knowledge of restaurant menu, including allergens and dietary restrictions.Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions through the POS.Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting for the next guests.Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.Qualifications:Prior serving experience preferred but not required (training provided).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service a plus.Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer:Employee meals and discounts.Opportunities for training, development, and career growth.A supportive and team-oriented work environment.
