The Mechanic will repair and diagnosis various components on class 8 trucks and trailers.  Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision:Clutches.Wheel seals.Tires.PTO's.Air brake systems.Suspension.Electrical Systems.Heating/ac.Preventative Maintenance.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience with tractor/trailer maintenance and repair.Proficiency in the use of required shop tools.Valid drivers license required, CDL preferred Must be very dependable, full time attendance is essential. About Maximum Tank Transport: We are a bulk cement and fly ash transportation company based in Amarillo, TX. We operate a fleet of newer model tractors and bulk pneumatic tanker trailers.
