BLISS Car WashMembership Sales Associate - $500 to $1,000 Sign-on BonusFrom $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, plus commission and incentives.Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing the right Monthly Unlimited Membership/Single Wash Packages for their vehicle.At Bliss, we make a difference one car at a time. We’re all part of life on this planet and together we can make it better.If this sounds like you, then Bliss wants to invest in you and your future.Responsibilities:Great guests with a smile, and offer/sell Bliss Unlimited Memberships as well as Single Wash Packages.Excellent verbal communication skills, highly energetic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.A self-motivated, sales-oriented individual.Provide excellent service to ensure the guest has a great experience.Maintain all work areas clean and organized.Enjoy working outdoors.Be a team player.Other duties as assigned by Management.Qualifications/Experience:Some prior sales experience is needed.Basic computer skills.Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.Knowledge:Must always maintain the highest level of customer service.Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.Must have attention to detail.Leadership Skills:Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through great communication and follow-through.Work Schedule:Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.Language Skills:Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing & able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.Benefits:We offer flexible working hours.Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness & Accident Insurance Plans.401k with Employer Matching.We offer the opportunity for growth within the Bliss family and value each one of our team members.Reporting Relationships:Reports to the Site Supervisor.BLISS Car Wash is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
