Janitorial SupervisorJanitorial Supervisor Job Summary:Southeast Airport Services, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift, from10:00pm to 6:30am Janitorial Supervisor who will be responsible, but not limited to ensuring the safety of the staff, timely gathering of timecards, ordering of supplies, meeting the needs of our clients and provide janitorial work as needed to each client.Janitorial Supervisor Essential Functions:Flexibility with working hours to support operations as required.Able to communicate with line staff on work requests and inspections as required.Able to Perform and Comprehend the Scope of Work.People Skills (Able to work well with others).Attend monthly Safety Meetings and deliver Safety Training to employees.Collect Timecards. Track Inventory of Supplies.Conduct Site Safety / Quality Inspections (Equipment, MSDS, PPE, etc.).Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding employee relations issues.Attend monthly safety meetings and provide safety training when appropriate to staff and monitor the staff ensuring that PPEs are worn at all times and other protective measures are being taken.Responsible for providing our clients with janitorial services. (Floor care and other cleaning services as needed).Responsible for inspecting staff employees’ appearance and work to ensure we meet overall client satisfaction.Responsible for managing supplies at each site, and making sure supplies are ordered in a timely manner.Responsible for reporting any issues with employees to the operations manager.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent English/Spanish written and verbal communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in maintenance and janitorial work.Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Experience with Floor Cleaning Equipment a plus.1 year of Supervisory Experience Required.Must qualify for a Customs and Border Patrol Security Seal.Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
