(health, safe harbor and 401K).Qualifications for Success:3-7+ years of sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in interior design, high-end retail, custom furnishings, or luxury home improvement services.Background in interior design and/or home décor consulting - higher education or industry experience working alongside designers or architects is a big plus but not required.Strong understanding of aesthetics, spatial planning, and design trends, with the ability to advise clients on product selections that suit their lifestyle and needs.3-7+ Years of Professional level experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or industry software to manage leads, track projects, and communication.Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to educate clients on product lines and exemplify the Window Treats values in a confident yet warm manner.Comfortable conducting in-home consultations, measuring spaces accurately, and presenting tailored solutions to homeowners and business professionals.Established network within the design or real estate community in the New Jersey area is a plus but not required - designers, architects, and builders.Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio, with a talent for nurturing long-term relationships and repeat business.Self-motivated, organized, deliberate, with a genuine passion for design, innovation, and creating meaningful, beautiful environments.
