Pleasant, SCWe’re looking for a thoughtful, driven, and creative Executive Chef to lead a culinary team at one of the Lowcountry’s most beloved neighborhood restaurants, located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Known for its elevated coastal fare and inviting atmosphere, this concept blends seasonal ingredients, classic technique, and Southern charm to deliver memorable dining experiences.This full-time role in Mt. Pleasant, SC offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus bonus potential and a full benefits package. The ideal candidate is passionate about local sourcing, leadership development, and maintaining excellence in a scratch kitchen.What You’ll Do:Lead and inspire a tight-knit culinary team committed to excellence.Create and execute seasonal menus that reflect the spirit and style of Mt. Pleasant, SC.Partner with local purveyors and maintain strong vendor relationships.Oversee all kitchen operations, including food and labor costs, prep systems, and sanitation.Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:Proven success as an Executive Chef or CDC in a high-quality, chef-driven restaurant.A commitment to sourcing and sustainability.Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.A calm, confident presence in the kitchen and a passion for hospitality.Join a team that values creativity, community, and consistency.
