Job Specifications:The person in this role will install, change, repair, service, or renovate plumbing under the supervision of a Responsible Master Plumber.Job Requirements:Ability to speak and write professionally.Maintain a coachable attitude.Present one’s self professionally in dress and actions at all times.Respond appropriately to any questions customers or vendors ask in a timely manner.Maintain constant communication with dispatch coordinators to update the status and timeline of routed calls.Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully and respectively.Contribute to building a positive team environment in a respectful, productive manner.Maintain regular attendance, meet schedule & timelines, and communicate any absence to their immediate supervisor and dispatch coordination.Perform regular maintenance/ inspections of plumbing systems and ensure all installation repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.Assemble and install plumbing systems and troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems.Able to review drawings and understand building codes to determine optimal work procedures.Operate a company vehicle and follow all state and federal laws, as well as maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.Operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely and adhere to regulations and safety codes required by employers and state/federal law.Qualifications/Skills:Journeyman/Tradesman Plumbing License Required.Ambitious, outgoing, and ready to work- The sky's the limitPossession of High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Good driving record and current valid driver's license.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Must have an honest and dependable personality.
