Our team of experts develops strategies for not only surviving but thriving into the future.Foreman Skills and Qualifications:This position requires individuals to maximize efficiency and productivity, it is crucial for a Foreman to have analytical skills for handling unexpected issues and delays while resolving any problems that may arise. It’s also helpful for a Foreman to possess the following qualifications and skills.Requirements and Skills:Proven experience as a construction foreman.journeyman carpenter skills of at least 4 years.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.Excellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to communicate and report effectively.Aptitude in math.Problem-solving abilities.Good physical condition and stamina.High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.).Responsibilities:Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.Produce schedules and check the attendance of the crew.Allocate general and daily responsibilities.Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.Ensure labor and resources are adequate.Guarantee quality standards are met.Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.Monitor expenditures and ensure the project stays within budget.Resolve problems in a prompt fashion.Report on progress to LeadershipEnsure compliance with OSHA and L&IConduct safety meetings, ensure use of PPE.Benefits:Life, Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance packages available.401K with company match.Paid Vacation & Holidays.Company vehicle.Physical Requirements:This is a position that requires the Foreman to frequently walk, stand, and climb stairs in/around apartment homes, models, and properties.
