We foster a caring and team-oriented environment where your success is a priority.What You’ll Do:As a carpenter, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a wide range of top-notch construction services to properties that were affected by water, smoke, fire, and other types of damage. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers by helping restore their properties and peace of mind.Key responsibilities include:Perform interior structural and finish repairs, including but not limited to framing, lite plumbing & electrical, drywall, flooring, tile work, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, painting, millwork, etc. Execute exterior repairs, such as but not limited to doors, windows, siding, metal wrap, trim, decks, etc. Accurately interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.Measure, calculate, and cut materials with precision to minimize waste.Follow safety protocols and proper material handling procedures.Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse.Support team members and provide clear communication with colleagues.Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectations.Adapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments.What We’re Looking For:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and working in physically demanding environments.Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.Willingness to respond and work after hours.A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills.Committed to continuous learning and professional development.A desire to grow and advance within the company.Compensation:Pay Range: $28.00 to $40.00Benefits:Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid Vacation401(k)If you’re excited to start a rewarding career with a company that values dedication, honesty, and hard work, we want to hear from you At Skinkle Construction Group, you’ll gain valuable skills, make a difference in people’s lives, and grow alongside a supportive team.Ready to join our Skinkle Family?
