We're seeking experienced and dedicated Shift Leaders to help us continue growing our business and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.Benefits:Up to $18/hr + tipsSign-on bonus after 90 daysFlexible schedule (FT/PT)Paid vacationRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in a management role preferred.Knowledge of labor management, training, hiring, and health standards.Proficient in speaking, writing, and comprehending English in a business setting.Highly motivated, energetic, and engaging.Responsibilities:Ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standards.Educate, communicate, and reinforce quality standards to all team members and management.Prepare food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.Coach and develop management and staff through the MOOYAH Training Program, cross-training, pre-shift meetings, and required training (e.g., Food Safety).Develop and execute internal customer engagement programs to ensure guest loyalty, such as addressing customers by name, remembering their favorite meals, maintaining a customer log, sending thank you notes, and using comment cards.If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a growing company, we encourage you to apply today.
