RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare the Mellow Mushroom menu; be the master of slicing, chopping, and grilling.Possess an impeccable sense of timing, coordinating with other kitchen team members to ensure every table and guest receives orders in a timely fashion.Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; help kitchen staff when requested.Help Mellow Mushroom SSI maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly environment in the kitchen.Monitor stock, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages.Be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items while keeping a positive attitude.
