Data Collection Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Collection Specialist to join our Link Building team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining accurate data that supports our digital marketing initiatives, including link building. Your attention to detail and ability to organize data effectively will be essential for the success of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various online sources to support link building and other marketing efforts.
- Ensure data is accurate and consistently up-to-date by performing regular checks and updates.
- Research relevant websites and online resources to gather contact information and other key details, with a focus on identifying link-building opportunities.
- Structure and categorize data to ensure it is easily accessible and well-organized for team use.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the progress of link-building and other marketing campaigns by compiling relevant data.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection processes and improve efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- A keen eye for detail to ensure data is accurately collected and maintained.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced internet research skills, with the ability to find and validate relevant data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data organization, including the use of basic formulas and formatting techniques.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
