Skills and Requirements:Needs to know HTML and CSSAble to learn PHP, SQL (mysql), and javascriptAt least 2 years related experience and/or trainingExperience with personal computer equipmentAdvanced personal computer word processing, spreadsheet, database & Windows skillsAnalytical skills to sufficiently assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutionsAbility to independently perform all duties of the position efficiently and effectivelyStrong communication and training skills, including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical usersHistory of Ethical ConductPossession of a computer, phone, and have a reliable internet connectionAuthorization to work in the United States Duties and Tasks:15-25 Hours per weekUpdating customer-facing webpages (html, css, php)Maintaining and updating php functions used by webpagesincludes queries to SQL database (mysql)Maintaining and updating small javascript/react webpagesComplete Admin system data management (Creating new products, prices, skus, etc.)Basic video editing (removing sections and re-exporting)Basic image manipulation (cropping, resizing)Troubleshooting and responding to internal and customer tech support requests via email Preferred:Working understanding of the company, customers, programs, products and individual department operations, goals and objectives relating to Computer & Communications Services, preferred Familiarity updating and upgrading ios and android apps, is a plus
