• Partner with Operations Leadership to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business units
• Oversee marketing activities for construction projects in progress
• Independently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials
• Independently perform focused industry research
• Collect and update project profiles and team member resume content
• Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plans
• Manage database of prospects and customers for communication targeting
• Plan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings
• Interface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateral
• Effectively present information to Business Unit leadership
• Coordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field from four?year college or university
• 5+ years related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proficient writing and editing skills
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets
