PLC Technician for 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are seeking dedicated Electrical PLC Technicians for our 3rd shifts. Join our team to work in an engaging and dynamic environment.

Schedule & Pay:

2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)

3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Pay: $28-$34/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on PLC systems.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.
  • Manage PLC and automation troubleshooting, including photo eye sensors and robotics.
  • Maintain and repair conveyors within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
  • Apply ladder logic for system diagnostics and improvements.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with photo eye sensors and automation systems.
  • Knowledge in robotics troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with Siemens PLC systems.
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with conveyor maintenance.
  • Understanding of VFDs and 3-phase motors.
  • Experience with industrial electricity and machinery wiring.
  • Ability to work with 480 volts electrical systems.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, Florida.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
