Essential Functions
  • Business Analyst will lead the program administration and evolution of an enterprise software application suite for a state Department
  • Provide cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise across programs and technology solutions
  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams to align activities with the agency's strategic goals
  • Serve as a key contributor in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Oversee long-term planning program delivery team coordination and quality assurance
  • Manage an enterprise-level IT program for the Agency aligned with customer satisfaction safety quality and performance targets
