Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Fellow ED Unit. An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
