Our client, a nationally recognized Top 15 ENR General Contractor, is expanding its Nashville office and seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial projects. This individual will oversee ground?up and renovation work across hospitals/healthcare, large public works, and higher?education facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Oversee safety compliance, quality control, and risk management
- Partner with field teams to drive project execution and resolve issues proactively
- Provide leadership to project engineers and support staff
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial GCExperience with healthcare, public works, or educational facilities strongly preferred
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Work with a top national builder experiencing strong growth in Nashville
