Scrum Master And Portfolio Manager

Location: Menlo Park, CA Position Type: Contract Rate: DOE Responsibilities: Establish, maintain and drive delivery against a product development schedule including milestones and releases Establish, monitor and report on multiple project roadmaps simultaneously while managing cross dependencies and team resourcing Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and timelines Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and product quality Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables within scope, budget, and quality standards
